Foxfire Golf & Country Club is a gated community in Naples,
Florida ready to provide you with a season of vacation
enjoyment. This beautifully decorated two bedroom, two full
bath condo unit looks directly up the third fairway of the blue
course and the adjacent lake. There is a Queen sleeper couch
for that extra guest.
The living room extends through the lanai to provide that extra
space in which to relax and enjoy the views. An eat-in kitchen,
master bedroom with private bath, guest room with separate
bath, and dining room complete the layout of this
livable first floor condo.
Bundled golf is available on the 27 hole championship golf course designed by Arthur Hill. A stunningly elegant clubhouse awaits with a full restaurant, grill room and card rooms. Amenities include an exercise facility, heated pools, Jacuzzi, and three Har-Tru tennis courts. A neighborhood pool with hot tub is also available within steps from the condo. This country club membership with all of its services including the bundled golf may be transferred to the renter by the country club for a $150.00 fee for the term of the lease ($30.00 for social membership).
Foxfire is located just 25 minutes from the Fort Myers airport and just minutes from the famed "Fifth Avenue" shopping district with its great restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Foxfire is also just minutes from Naples' beautiful sun drenched gulf-coast beaches.
The condo provides for your use and enjoyment, air conditioning, cable TV including HBO with two television sets, VHS & DVD players and a radio with CD player. There is a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, ice-maker, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and silverware. Linens are provided including beach towels. A full sized washer and dryer are present in the suite for your convenience..
